Information for Exchange Scholars

Carefully read the instruction and fill out the DS2019 form.

Please also provide the following supporting documentation:
  1. Degree certificate
  2. Bank Statement
  3. Passport Copy
  4. Resume
  5. Letters of Support if any
  6. Fellowship/Financial Support Letter
